Digital data transmission provides for much higher quality of communication than analog radio system and is perfectly suited for encryption.  This type of communication is used when carrying out a wide range of tasks of the state security structures. It is most suitable for organizing operational communication within the framework of groups of specialists jointly working, for example, when on duty or assisting citizens in emergency situations.
