Arsen Avakov: Pilots for the MIA aviation security system will be trained at the Kremenchug Flight College

The Minister of Internal affairs announced this today, on September 25, during his working visit to the Poltava region.

“Kremenchug Flight College will become the main base for training pilots, technical and service personnel of the MIA aviation security system.  Also, our specialists will take special training courses in France at the educational centers of the firm Airbus Helicopters.  We will receive a qualitatively new level of specialists who will perform the tasks of medical aero-evacuation, conduct search and rescue, and police operations, and protect the state border”, – said Arsen Avakov.

The head of MIA noted that the government plans to transfer the Kremenchug Flight College from the Ministry of Education to the MIA system of educational institutions.
