Ukraine has received humanitarian aid from Italy to overcome the consequences of the floods. Due to severe weather conditions in Ivano-Frankivsk, a special flight from Rome landed in Lviv.
The Italian Republic has handed over special equipment and gear for Ukrainian rescuers who are involved in emergency response in western regions of Ukraine.
Italian humanitarian aid includes motor pumps (floating and mobile), boats, power plants, chainsaws, life jackets, fire hoses, tents, and other specialized equipment and outfit. All this will be sent to the most affected areas of the Ivano-Frankivsk region to help the population.
